Every line made comparable
Each line is converted to its lowest billable unit — per kilometre, per person-hour, per meal — so quotes compare like-for-like. When a quote omits the number that matters, Avtaly asks the supplier rather than guessing.

Checked against the agreement
Lines are graded against the supplier’s committed rate card first, then against your own price history. The benchmark cites its evidence: how many observations, from which period, on what basis.
